Integrated product team director and lead engineer for Department of Defense contractor building custom decision support applications for the US Navy. Led development of Naval Synchronization Toolset (NST), a suite of innovative, enterprise web applications for the US Navy to help manage worldwide resources. Worked directly with clients (Naval Air Systems Command and the Commander, Naval Air Forces) to gather application requirements and implement an iterative, Scrum development process. Continuously received high praise from customers on process, timing, quality and usability of applications.

Architected and developed engine to optimize utilization of F/A-18 airframes, resulting in a cost avoidance of ~$20M+.

    • Master Aviation Plan (MAP) – web application to manage future schedule and custody information for aircraft carriers, air wings, and squadrons.

    • Airframe Inventory Management (AIM) – cutting-edge, high performance web application to simulate and optimize future utilization of F/A-18 strike fighters in response to the delay of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
